Arrive 30 minutes prior to set up and allotted 30 minutes following for tear down. Tables and chairs provided and staff will set up. Tables must be covered by renter. Sport option available at no extra cost.

Buzz Henderson Center Policies
We are a Christian organization and uphold Biblical values. We make every effort to provide a safe, family-friendly atmosphere for our members and guests. Profanity and vulgar language are not tolerated within the Center. Tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, and vaping are not permitted within the Center or on the campus of Jewel City Church. Misuse of equipment or disruptive behavior may result in being requested to leave the facility and members or guests may be responsible for damage caused to the facilities.
Children should be monitored by a responsible adult while at the Center. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designee. Youth aged 12-17 who are not members through a Family Fitness plan may have membership through a Student Fitness Plan with a parent or legal guardian authorization. Age restrictions apply in the upper-level fitness center. Children under age 14 are not permitted in the strength training room while youth ages 14-16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the cardio room.
We reserve the right to limit the number and type of events hosted within the facility. At times, the lower-level court may not be available to members, in part or in whole, due to private events. The upper-level fitness center is open to members during regular operating hours during private lower-level events.
The concession area is operated by various ministries of Jewel City Church. Concession may only be available during special events at the discretion of the Center.
During party rentals, the renter is responsible for ensuring the tables are covered to prevent staining. Staff will set up tables and chairs and configure nets or sporting equipment. Please do not move the bleachers- only staff may move the bleachers. Helium balloons are not permitted in the Center.
Strollers, bicycles, skates, and other “wheeled” toys are not permitted in the Center.
Only trained service animals are permitted in the Center, at the responsibility of the owner/handler.
Any person using the Center assume all risk and liability for any losses and/or damages whether caused in part or in whole by the negligence or conduct of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Jewel City Church or the Buzz Henderson Center or by any other party. By using the Center, visitors, members, guests, and their families and heirs agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Jewel City Church, the Buzz Henderson Center, its volunteers, employees and representatives, from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, or otherwise, which may arise from using the Center or equipment within the Center.
